1. Acceptance of Terms

2. SMS Messaging Terms

IBB Business Brokers, LLC, doing business as Infinity Business Brokers sends text messages from (941) 960-7826 for appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, and replies to inquiries to people who give us their mobile number and their permission in the chat window on this website. The chat window on this website is the only way to opt in to our text messages. It is optional and it is not a condition of purchase. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

  • You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to (941) 960-7826. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at [email protected] or (941) 518-7138.

  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

  • As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive messages only in response to your inquiry or appointment; frequency varies.
